Bags large enough for a weekend away or a serious shopping trip include the simple wallet shape, in various sizes:

All bags priced individually.

Available to order/comission: please allow generous notice for hand cutting, sewing and cord making.

These feature an adjustable button tie and internal wallet/mobile phone pockets.

The "Gozzoli scrip" taken from Prophecy of the Birth of St Francis by Benozzo Gozzoli:

The cunningly designed flap ensures the bag stays closed without a fastening. Pilgrims may like to afix their own badges to the flap to add weight and a personal touch. Large size currently available

The universal kit bag is based on the standard cylindrical sailor's kit bag:

It features an inner, stiffened flap to cover the contents and protect them when the bag is very full. This bag may be made in a number of different sizes.

A rather more elegant option for a cylindrical bag is the "Prudence Bag" after Breughel:

This features decorative stitching and comes in two sizes, with a hand-made cord shoulder strap with a leather insert to distribute the weight of the bag on the shoulder. Both sizes currently available

The "Flight Bag" is after The Rest on the Flight into Egypt by Joachim Patinir:

Carry this double ended bag on your staff, your shoulder or across your mule, if you are lucky enough to have one!

The "Fore and Aft" bag is another form of double-ended bag which appears to be side-opening: it can be seen in Martin Schongauer's Nativity (c.1480)

I have made this as an unlined linen sack with slightly rounded ends. By folding it differently and wearing it over the shoulders, you achieve the useful vendor's sack as shown in Breughel's Battle between Carnival and Lent  (1559)

For your armour or heavy equipment, this heavy duty sack comes in two sizes: 1 large and 2 small sizes currently available

It has a fold-over top and strong flax cord ties which run through guide loops. We also have one oval helm bag.

The attractve "Teardrop Pouch" hangs on your belt:

It confounds pickpockets but watch out for cut-purses! One currently available, also a round pouch.

Drawstring bags are available in a variety of shapes and sizes. The smaller ones are excellent as inexpensive waist pouches for children: Available, also a simple embroidered bag with handmade cord and leather shoulder pad, size 15 x 17 inches
